Cabin Crewmember

About the Role

Freedom II Cabin Crewmembers (CCM) and Senior Cabin Crewmembers (SCCM) are responsible for the safety and comfort of our VIP/VVIP passengers onboard our aircraft. CCM demonstrating the required skill and abilities have the opportunity to advance to the SCCM role. The role requires superior communication skills to operate in a multi-crew environment, along with polished customer service skills and etiquette.

Specific Responsibilities and Duties

  • Supporting, promoting and complying with the goals and objectives of Freedom II to include the Safety Management System, including identifying and reporting safety hazards and issues

  • Performing checks of safety and emergency equipment

  • Maintaining a current knowledge of normal and emergency procedures and the location and use of onboard emergency equipment to ensure passenger safety in the event of an emergency

  • Performing specified safety actions in the event of an onboard emergency

  • Communicating with operations and crew members in a timely manner

  • Presenting and conducting yourself in a well-groomed, professional manner in line with VIP / VVIP operations

  • Assisting in arrangement and sourcing of passenger catering and special requests, remaining resourceful and budget conscious

  • Arranging crew meals and attending to flight deck crew throughout the flight

  • Providing exemplary service to passengers, greeting and assisting passengers at FBOs and upon boarding, attending to passenger needs throughout the duration of the flight  to include post flight disembarkation and security duties checks

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, well stocked aircraft to include, actively cleaning and tidying the aircraft cabin, galley, and lavatory to maintain a professional appearance

  • Restocking the aircraft to ensure it is ready to fly at all times (checking stock expiries, etc.)

  • Ensuring aircraft is thoroughly cleaned, wiped down and vacuumed before exiting

  • Ensuring post-trip paper work and receipts are submitted on time, in accordance with company procedures and is neat and accurate

  • Communicating with colleagues by using forms and platforms provided to ensure smooth transitions between operations

  • Reporting to the appropriate persons any issues, in-op items, passenger problems, etc. Maintaining an open line of communication with fellow crew members

  • Assisting with stockrooms and inventories

  • Assisting with cleaning and organization of aircraft fleet

  • Attending scheduled supplementary training courses offered by the company

  • Offering up new ideas for equipment, tools, and service that will help set Freedom II apart from competitors

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • 1-year VIP/VVIP Flight Attendant experience preferred. International work or travel experience preferred

  • Previous Part 121 background advantageous

  • Willing to work flexible work hours and schedules and engage with different personality types (fellow crew and passengers)

  • Must be able to navigate stairs safely and carry / lift 30 lbs

  • Friendly, out-going, energetic personality

  • Proficient computer skills with MS365 Suite Experience

  • Must possess a passport with a minimum 3 year validity period

  • Must be fully Covid vaccinated

About the Company

Freedom II holds a Part 121 Air Operating Certificate (AOC) from the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority and performs commercial charter operations. Our fleet consists of one B757 and two E170 aircraft.
